New Outreach Opportunity

This past weekend, we learned about a developing partnership with the Greenville County Detention Center. Over the past few years, we have been making connections and developing relationships with staff members at the GCDC, and we are excited to see more opportunities to serve and engage both staff and inmates come to fruition. Over the next two weeks, volunteers are packing goody bags and serving meals to staff members to honor Corrections Appreciation Week. These are small gestures, but we hope they communicate the value and dignity of each individual. As the partnership grows, there will be more opportunities to minister to both staff and inmates in the future.
