Discipleship

Men at Grace

We believe God created men to “move” — to step into the important areas of their lives and make a difference. Too many men feel paralyzed. And many men don’t feel equipped to be spiritually powerful men. At Grace, we are absolutely committed to helping you thrive as a godly man.

Women at Grace

We believe God made all women with a distinct capacity to bring strength and aid to those in need. Yet so many women aren’t living in the fullness of God’s calling on their lives. Too many women view godly femininity as weakness and subservience or equate identity and God’s design with specific roles like wife or mother. We are committed to helping you flourish as a godly woman, regardless of a role you play.

Serving

God has given you unique gifts and abilities for the specific purpose of serving him and building up the local church. Serving is an important aspect of membership, and we want you to “Make Your Mark” by finding where your gifts and passions align with the needs of the church. For specific serving opportunities visit your campus page or fill out the Interest Form below to get started.

Baptism

We believe that baptism is an important step of obedience for every person who has accepted Christ as his or her Savior. Our goal is to shepherd you through the baptism process so that you might be fully prepared for your baptism. We would encourage you to take some time to read, pray, and reflect as you begin the baptism process.

Biblical Community

What is Biblical Community?

Biblical Community is defined as “a group experience providing direction and care that is rooted in biblical truth for a desired outcome of life change.” This community is where you receive long-term care through regular meetings with other committed members. The majority of our members are engaged in Community Groups, however, we have a growing number of Recovery, Care, and Equipping Groups that help meet members’ needs during a specific season of life. We believe that finding Biblical Community is essential to care and growth at Grace Church. Group launches vary by campus.

What is a Community Group?

Community Groups are the heartbeat of our church and serve as the primary setting for members to grow in spiritual passion as they seek to live out the core values of the Christian life: Biblically Oriented, Relationally Connected, Ministry Focused, Culturally Engaged, Courageously Generous, and Prayerfully Dependent. A Community Group consists of 12-14 adults who are encouraging one another to mature in their faith while serving to meet each other’s needs.

Groups meet weekly following the local school calendar. Most meetings last around two hours. During that time a group will eat some snacks or share a meal, work through their curriculum, share what is going on in their lives, pray, and encourage one another wherever they are in their journey of faith. Most of our groups meet in homes, and they often rotate meeting in each other’s homes.

How do I get Involved?

The first step to getting involved in Biblical Community is the completion of Discovery. Upon completion of Discovery you can enroll in Foundations. Foundations leading into a group will be the beginning of your group experience. If you have any additional questions please contact your campus pastor.
