12 Hours Per Week | Flexible: Monday-Thursday | Weekly Staff meeting

Overall Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Campus staff & assistance to the Campus Pastor. Coordinate various aspects of Campus life including events, volunteers and meetings

    • Guests/Connect Cards
      • Create weekly Connect Card
      • Scan in and email submitted Connect Cards
      • Follow-up as needed with a more personal touch
      • Develop or improve current follow up tools we use
      • Create Contact Record in database
      • Print letter/mail
    • Volunteers
      • Manage volunteer rosters
      • Attend Volunteer Orientation (or equivalent)
      • Schedule jump­ins
      • Create a jump­in record in database
      • Follow-up on jump­in
      • Create a volunteer record in database
      • Create nametags as needed *Or manage volunteer coordinator
    • Discovery
      • Update registration form and website as needed
      • Coordinate with Childcare Coordinator for childcare
      • Prep for class (paper materials, food, etc.)
      • Send reminders to registrants
      • Run event or coordinate volunteers to do s
      • Follow-up with attendees
      • Create Membership/Connecting record in database
    • Foundations
      • Update registration form and website as needed
      • Coordinate with Childcare Coordinate for childcare
      • Prep for class (paper materials, food, etc.)
      • Send reminders to registrants
      • Run event or coordinate volunteers to do so
      • Follow-up with attendees
      • Create Membership/Connecting records in database
      • Assist in planning a new members recognition tool/event
      • Bring Foundation in house
      • Attend weekly Campus meeting
    • Website Campus Page
    • Manage room bookings and events
    • Coordinate Special Services
    • Assist Campus Pastor
      • Scheduling
      • Correspondence
      • Expense reports/Reimbursements
      • Special projects as directed



  • Above average ability in Excel and Word
  • Exceptional Organizational skills
Excellent Communication Written and Oral
  • Ability to lead volunteers
  • Ability to come under authority in a supportive role
