What is Bridge?

Bridge, our premarital ministry, provides a year-long community group designed to help engaged couples follow Jesus Christ and build a strong foundation for their marriage. Couples begin about five to six months before their wedding date and the community group continues for another six or seven months after the wedding.

Pastors Scott Freeman and Joey Espinosa discuss how Bridge can be helpful for your relationship and what you can expect.

What to Expect

Meetings will include teaching and discussion in a fun, challenging, and authentic environment. The goal of Bridge is to help you develop oneness as a couple as you grow in your relationship with Christ in the context of biblical community. Couples will be matched with a mentor couple and two to three other couples throughout the duration of the year. Groups will launch three times a year: winter, spring, and fall.

During that time, we will give couples the opportunity to hear teaching and seek counsel around a variety of topics including but not limited to: expectations of marriage, in-laws, communication and conflict, biblical roles in marriage, finances, and intimacy.
