Find out more »Supporting a loved one with dementia can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. Grace Church and The Gardens at Eastside have partnered to offer "Understanding Dementia: Finding Joy in the Journey." The weekly meetings will help caregivers better care for their loved one by understanding the disease and learning practical strategies to cope with it. We will also share local resources available to help families dealing with dementia. This class will begin on April 10 at the Pelham campus. Click below to learn more and register.
