Legacy | Healthcare Decisions Day at the Pelham Campus

Sunday, April 16 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Pelham Campus, 2801 Pelham Rd.
Greenville, SC 29615 United States

Although we don't like to think about it, a change in health or accident can happen to any of us. And part of caring for your family well is communicating your wishes around end-of-life care ahead of time. National Healthcare Decisions Day is April 16, and we will be marking this day by hosting a Healthcare Decisions Workshop to provide resources, facilitate conversations, and process these ideas in community. The workshop will connect participants to Five Wishes—a nationally used and recognized legal document that is a valuable resource in guiding and documenting end-of-life plans. Both our Pelham and Powdersville campuses will be hosting the workshop, and all are welcome to attend. Click below to learn more and register.
