Our culture is obsessed with the welfare and success of our children. We fluctuate between anxiety and control in our attempts to micromanage their lives. What we find in Scripture is that children are not our own—they are gifts from a faithful God who is dedicated to establishing his Kingdom throughout generations. We have been given the responsibility to raise godly leaders. This four-week institute class seeks to equip parents in the process of training 0-6 year olds by providing a biblical parenting framework around the idea of establishing authority in young children. Establishing Authority begins Monday, February 21 at 6:30 PM. Click the link to register.

Find out more »Words are tools. We use them to express ourselves, to communicate, and to connect with others. We use them to vent frustrations and to express joy. We use them to bless and to curse. We use words to manipulate and control and to help and encourage. We use words in ways that tear others down, and we use them in ways that build others up. Proverbs 18:21 says, “Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose” (MSG). We all know the power of our words, so why do we still struggle to use them in ways that bring life rather than death? We hope you will join us for this nine-week study, A Woman's Words: Getting to the Heart of Our Speech. We will explore what the Scripture has to say about our words and how the gospel has the power and hope we need to transform them.
