Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care

In different seasons of our lives we may find ourselves struggling with difficulties and realize that we need a little help to press on. As an equipping church, Grace Church views the struggles of our lives as discipleship opportunities – opportunities for us to grow even in the midst of our pain. In providing pastoral care, we seek to provide counseling environments where you can not only find the strength “to make it” but to move forward to a better place in your life and relationship with Jesus. These environments might include short-term pastoral counseling with a pastor or church leader, mentoring, and/or trusted professional counseling.

re:generation

We all experience brokenness in life.  We all struggle with sin, our own, the sins of others and the effects of sin all around us. We believe that there is hope for each of us found in Christ and that God gives us steps of healing in His Word, the Bible. Re:generation is 12-step discipleship process through recovery.   By working through these biblical steps within an authentic community, people have found freedom from substance abuse, codependency, pornography, disordered eating, depression, fear, control, emotional/physical abuse, same sex attraction, anger, obsessive thoughts and many other personal struggles.

All who are tired, broken or hurting are invited to come find recovery in Jesus Christ.

re|engage

Would you rate your marriage as a 2 or a 10? No matter where you fall on the spectrum, you are not alone. re|engage is a marriage ministry for all married couples. Grief Share

It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before.

GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements:  Video Seminars, Group Discussions, and a Personal Workbook.

Single & Parenting

If you’re a single parent, you’re probably tired, overwhelmed, and feeling a bit under appreciated. That’s why we are offering a Single & Parenting group—to share tips and parenting wisdom that will help you find rest, hope, and encouragement. This support group begins again in August. If you would like to be added to the Single & Parenting email distribution, please email us at CareMinistries@gracechurchsc.org.

Divorce Care

It is not just a Grace Church ministry but a trusted program used in a network of over 13,000 churches worldwide.
